G\u00e9opolitique de l&rsquo;IA et des data centers<\/span> <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne la g\u00e9opolitique de l&rsquo;IA et des centres de donn\u00e9es, dont il me semble inutile de souligner \u00e0 nouveau l&rsquo;importance (pour la formation civique et professionnalisante de nos \u00e9l\u00e8ves, stagiaires, candidats au concours ou professeurs), les enseignants disposent dor\u00e9navant de cinq ressources permettant une approche et un traitement syst\u00e9mique de cet enjeu majeur : une d\u00e9finition claire, une \u00e9tude g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, un zoom territorial, des cartes de qualit\u00e9 et un \u00e9mise en perspective plus large. <\/p>\n<p>1. <a href=\"https:\/\/geoconfluences.ens-lyon.fr\/glossaire\/cyberespace\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Le cyberespace : une d\u00e9finition claire et op\u00e9ratoire dans le glossaire de G\u00e9oconfluences<\/a><\/p>\n<p>2. Une pr\u00e9sentation et etude g\u00e9n\u00e9rales : <a href=\"https:\/\/geoconfluences.ens-lyon.fr\/informations-scientifiques\/dossiers-thematiques\/geographie-critique-des-ressources\/articles\/centres-de-donnees-intelligence-artificielle-cyberespace-pouvoir-et-territoire\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">L&rsquo;essor des centres de donn\u00e9es : intelligence artificielle, cyberespace, pouvoir et territoire<\/a><\/p>\n<p>3. A propos du Groenland <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Devant la gravit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;urgence de la situation face aux pr\u00e9tentions imp\u00e9rialistes de l&rsquo;administration Trump 2, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 avec Fabien Vergez, IA-IPR de l&rsquo;Acad\u00e9mie de Toulouse, et Pierre Ferrand (CNES) de r\u00e9nover et d&rsquo;enrichir l&rsquo;offre en ligne du site CNES G\u00e9oimage sur le Groenland. Il est aussi ouvert aux universitaires pour leurs enseignements ou leurs programmes de recherche.
