Curie, Menton.<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: trebuchet ms, geneva; color: #800000;\"><b>HGGSP THEME 2<br \/> FAIRE LA GUERRE, FAIRE LA PAIX&nbsp;: <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: trebuchet ms, geneva; color: #800000;\"><b>FORMES DE CONFLITS ET MODES DE RESOLUTION<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: trebuchet ms, geneva;\"><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: trebuchet ms, geneva;\"><b>Le th\u00e8me 2<\/b> \u00ab&nbsp;Faire la guerre, faire la paix&nbsp;\u00bb de l\u2019enseignement de sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 \u00ab&nbsp;Histoire-g\u00e9ographie, g\u00e9opolitique et sciences politiques&nbsp;\u00bb de la classe de Terminale nous invite \u00e0 \u00e9tudier le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne guerrier sans le dissocier des efforts pour (r)\u00e9tablir la paix.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: trebuchet ms, geneva;\">Le programme s\u2019articule d\u2019une part, sur la connaissance d\u2019un auteur majeur de la r\u00e9flexion sur la guerre \u2013 Carl von Clausewitz (1780-1832) \u2013 et les guerres qui lui sont contemporaines et d\u2019autre part, sur une analyse de la pens\u00e9e clausewitzienne \u00e0 l\u2019aune des guerres \u00ab&nbsp;irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res&nbsp;\u00bb, mais aussi, dans le cadre de l\u2019objet de travail conclusif, des guerres moyen-orientales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: trebuchet ms, geneva;\"><b>Sur une \u00e9chelle des temps longs, la question est capitale&nbsp;: dans quelle mesure la guerre a-t-elle chang\u00e9 de nature ou de formes&nbsp;?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: trebuchet ms, geneva;\"><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: trebuchet ms, geneva;\"><b>L\u2019axe 2<\/b> est consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019analyse de la construction de la paix par l\u2019\u00e9tude de deux moments, de deux processus de pacification&nbsp;: les trait\u00e9s de Westphalie et l\u2019action de l\u2019ONU sous les mandats de Kofi Annan (1938-2018) de 1997 \u00e0 2006.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: trebuchet ms, geneva;\"><b>L\u2019objet de travail conclusif<\/b> reprend les th\u00e9matiques analys\u00e9es dans les deux axes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, \u00e0 savoir la dimension de la guerre et celle de la construction de la paix, et permet d\u2019appliquer les probl\u00e9matiques et les connaissances acquises pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment. Une lecture rapide pourrait nous laisser penser que le jalon 1 concernant le conflit isra\u00e9lo-arabe puis isra\u00e9lo-palestinien est consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la paix tandis que la th\u00e9matique du jalon 2 est domin\u00e9e par la guerre. Or, nous pouvons consid\u00e9rer que les deux dimensions &#8211; guerre et paix \u2013 structurent autant la question isra\u00e9lo-arabo-palestinienne que les deux guerres du Golfe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: trebuchet ms, geneva;\">Cette proposition est le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019un triple choix, dict\u00e9 par des consid\u00e9rations de mise \u00e0 disposition d\u2019une synth\u00e8se la plus compl\u00e8te et la plus actualis\u00e9e sur la th\u00e9matique de la guerre et de la paix, de contraintes de temps pour la r\u00e9diger et de pr\u00e9occupations de donner des pistes p\u00e9dagogiques, forc\u00e9ment imparfaites et incompl\u00e8tes, mais rendues perfectibles par votre inventivit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
