Celle-ci finance, en effet, depuis plus de vingt ans la construction de ports dans <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms, geneva;\">les pays voisins de l\u2019Inde, poussant cette derni\u00e8re \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre l\u2019importance majeure de l\u2019enjeu oc\u00e9anique. Pourtant, la m\u00eame organisation, avec une adaptation originale, est en place dans les d\u00e9partements et <\/span><span style=\"font-family: trebuchet ms, geneva;\">collectivit\u00e9s d\u2019outre-mer et tout particuli\u00e8rement dans l\u2019oc\u00e9an Indien.
