Elles portent sur la ma\u00eetrise de la langue fran\u00e7aise et les math\u00e9matiques et s&rsquo;adressent \u00e0 tous les profils d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ves.Ces fiches p\u00e9dagogiques, \u00e0 destination de l&rsquo;ensemble des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, sont structur\u00e9es en quatre \u00e9tapes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">1. Les fiches d\u00e9butent par une phase de \u00ab\u00a0Diagnostic\u00a0\u00bb, qui, effectu\u00e9e en classe enti\u00e8re, permet d&rsquo;obtenir un bilan des acquis des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, pour d\u00e9terminer avec pr\u00e9cision les causes de leurs difficult\u00e9s.<br \/>\n2. Les activit\u00e9s et exercices de la phase de \u00ab\u00a0Prise en charge\u00a0\u00bb s&rsquo;adressent \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents profils d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ves, y compris \u00e0 ceux qui n&rsquo;ont pas de probl\u00e8me particulier mais qui doivent simplement gagner en confiance et en efficacit\u00e9.<br \/>\n3. Une ou plusieurs activit\u00e9s d'\u00a0\u00bb\u00c9valuation\u00a0\u00bb permettent de v\u00e9rifier le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice acquis.<br \/>\n4. La partie finale intitul\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0Prolongements\u00a0\u00bb permet de favoriser l&rsquo;aisance des \u00e9l\u00e8ves en r\u00e9investissant les acquis de la prise en charge.
